Senior Technician of Injection Moulding
1.Set-up/down mould accordance to production schedule.
2.Maintain good housekeeping in production areas.
3.Feedback any problem or damage to mould or equipment.
4.General maintenance of machine and equipment.
5.Service machinery parts, robot, auto-loaders, granulator, crusher, hopper, dryer, mold temperature controller.etc.
6.Carry out lubricant of machinery.
7.Assist his superior to test run new or modified mold for QC evaluation.
8.Resolve trouble-shoot machine and process problem.
9.Check water cooling pipes/hoses and prepare replacement of nipples/hoses for molding when required.
10.Ensure adherence to all safety precaution and procedure during set up/down mold.
11.Authorize person to stop the machine.

QA Technician
1. Responsible for inspection and testing of manufacturing processes to ensure the product quality meet customer requirement and comply with ISO9001.
2. Conduct necessary quality inspection using proper equipment and technique.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection result.
4. Ensure quality records are maintained and readily accessible for references.
5. Ensure that QC inspections are performed in accordance with specifications.
6. Work closely with various departments to ensure that all molded products are of the highest quality
and confirm to customer¡¯s requirements and expectations.
7. Formulate, implement and ensure smooth operation of production procedure.
8. Authorize to generate disposition of non-conforming products for rework or sorting.
9. Ensure all products are identified during all stages of production and delivery to customer.
10. Ensure all non-conforming part are being identified and segregated from mixing with good parts.
11. Control further processing and delivery of defective parts until deficiency has been corrected.
12. Conduct first article inspection and sample evaluation for mass production.
13. Use only calibrated instruments for QC inspection. Ensure that instruments used does not exceed its
calibration due date.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by section HOD.
15. Ensure department 5S practice in accordance.

Production Operator
1.Good housekeeping in the factory especially own work station area.
2.Visual check on molded parts during production.
3.Ensure that parts produced are packed in cartons and packaging is labeled accordingly.
4.Follow instruction from Line Leader.
5.Inform Line Leader or Supervisor when there is machine alarm, stoppage or defect is found.
6.Handle products with care to avoid scratched and damages.
